- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM
- Over 10 years of work experience in the industry or consulting experience
- Work on projects including client growth strategy, operational strategy, business plan formulation, commercial due diligence, etc.
- Individual should have extensive experience of working in the strategy domain of financial services or finance related technology firms
- Excellent at analysing financial statements and providing insight
- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Willingness to travel
